Welcome to The Lady Felicia Foundation! We are a non-profit organization committed to transforming the lives of vulnerable women in Sierra Leone. Founded by Lady Felicia Turay, our foundation offers a supportive environment where women facing challenges such as homelessness, drug abuse, and economic hardship can regain their confidence, learn new skills, and build independent lives.

At the heart of our mission is the Lady Felicia Women’s Training Center, which serves as a safe haven and training ground for women seeking a fresh start. Our programs focus on essential skills and knowledge that empower women to build sustainable livelihoods, lifting themselves and their communities along the way.

Our dedicated team and volunteers share a passion for making a meaningful impact on every woman who comes through our doors. With training in vocational and entrepreneurship skills, we help these women develop pathways to financial independence, resilience, and lasting community change.

At The Lady Felicia Foundation, we focus on:

• Vocational Training Programs: Practical skills in tailoring, hairstyling, gara tie-dyeing, and cosmetology, providing women with valuable tools to start or advance their careers.
• Financial Literacy: Essential guidance in budgeting, saving, and managing income, empowering women to become financially self-sufficient.
• Health and Wellness Talks: Informative sessions covering critical topics in personal health, mental well-being, and lifestyle choices.
• Entrepreneurial Support: Training in business fundamentals, helping women to transform their skills into viable, sustainable businesses.
• Mentorship and Community Building: A supportive network that encourages graduates to mentor new participants, fostering a cycle of empowerment.
